The VCSSDPA is at the forefront of providing professional growth and support opportunities for Deputy Principals around the state.
The constitution of the VCSSDPA states one of its aims as “to foster professional, personal and spiritual development and welfare of its participants”. Membership of the association assists the executive and other committees in ensuring this aim is met, particularly through the professional learning program and related activities.
Another signature event on the VCSSDPA calendar and a must-attend for any Deputy Principal, Assistant Principal or senior school leader, the two day conference, with an additional pre-welcome function, provides an opportunity for professional development, networking and peer support not available from other forums.
