We don’t run either but we investigated Power BI. We have investigated many packages and we are currently trialing TrackOne which links with both Synergetic and Schoolbox.
I know Mentone Grammar uses Power BI heavily.

I have attached our guiding principles when it comes to meetings. Due to afterschool sport our meetings basically are spread over various nights and rotate.

We did the same with phone interviews. Parents made bookings and our staff called when they were available.
We to have cancelled all mid year exams. Depts can run an ‘exam’ style assessment in class if they wish. We start Sem 2 on 13 July. We will have Unit 4 exams in Sep holidays (last week) Thanks
At Marcellin we have 10 Houses with 6 Pastorals per House. We are vertical with Yr 7 -12 (approx four students from each year level) with 24 students in a Pastoral. The Pastoral has the same leader and House Leader for their entire time at the College. Wonderful way to build community.

We usually have 55min lessons reduced to 40mins. Two lessons, 40min break, 2 lessosn 40min break, two lessons, home. The day concludes at 2.20pm which then allows students to complete any homework and supports staff with planning and preparation time. With the earlier finsihe we are also runnings SAC’s afterschool.
Feedback is that teachers are stressed with the time it takes to create resources so we have provided time during the day. Also the balance between personal (ie family and kids at home) vs professional.
